Spouses and household members are welcome to be included; we simply require billing one form of payment for all employee subscriptions. Further employee benefits can be included also, such as labs and prescriptions. Just let us know what you’d like to provide for your team. A final month’s fee is added to each new member’s first billing cycle. Just let us know what questions you have. We’ll be happy to review it over the phone or in person.
